Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Global Sport Platform. By accessing or using GSP, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
01Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing any part of GSP, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GSP.
02Platform Description
GSP is an interactive entertainment platform for sport enthusiasts. It provides access to sport event information, community discussions, voting features, blog articles, interactive challenges, and a personal progress and achievement system. All virtual items, XP points, badges, and rankings on GSP have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-world prizes or currency.
03User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. GSP reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are found to contain false registration information.
04Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GSP for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm, disable, or impair the platform. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, uploading malicious code, harassing other users, posting misleading information, or scraping platform content without permission.
05Virtual Items & Points
XP points, badges, levels, and all other virtual items on GSP are provided solely for entertainment purposes within the platform. They hold no monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for real-world goods, services, or currency. GSP reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual items at any time.
06Intellectual Property
All content on GSP, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Global Sport Platform or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
07Disclaimer of Warranties
GSP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Sport data and event information on the platform is provided for entertainment purposes and may not always reflect real-time accuracy.
08Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
09Modifications to Terms
GSP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
